Educational goal

1:We do an education that can acquire ”Advanced Japanese Language Skills” as a means to ”Learn”.

We construct the Japanese language learning curriculum into content that can cultivate advanced Japanese language skills necessary for enrolling in higher education institutions such as universities and graduate schools. In addition to going on to the school you want to go, we aim to become a school with high-rate of going on higher education by providing guidance that ensures that you can get the upper level qualification of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT).

As an effort to fulfil these aims, we will pay attention to the learning environment, and the dormitory is set to be for 1 to 2 persons per room to ensure a comfortable living space.

Also, we think that ”Learning in the Community” is important. Itoman city is a city full of charm as a living environment, and there are many festivals and annual events in this city that transmits old history and peace.

International students want to feel Japan directly, so they make a big choice in their lives of leaving their hometowns to study in Japan. We will support them in further improving their Japanese language skills by having them participate in as many local festivals and events as possible, and learning about history and customs from local interactions.

2:We enrich and maintain the system of organization for our employees.

We create a productive and worthy workplace and the staffs take pride in their works.

Generally, Japanese language schools have been said that because of their long working hours, the turnover rate of teachers is high. One of the reasons is, because it takes a lot of times to prepare for a class, so we constantly improve the workplace environment where the teachers can carry out their preparations and businesses efficiently. It can increase teachers’ motivations to teach, and improve the quality of education.

If the efforts will circulate in a good way, then NichiRyu will be a great school for both students and teachers. We promise to improve our school’s quality by building the proper environment.

3:We teach proper manners and disciplines, and not only students but also all of us comply with it.

It is said that Japanese people are basically polite and have advanced social rules for communal living. In order to serve as an example for international students as representatives of these Japanese, our school and employees will first comply with social manners and disciplines.

By enrolling in our school, students learn the basics of life in Japan, and interact with local people to create an environment where students can acquire Japanese customs and, furthermore, a high education.
